At Hot Flash Queen, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives:

• Defective
• Misprinted
• Incorrect

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please double-check your size and shipping information before placing your order, as orders cannot be changed once production begins.
